Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — the unused portion of your current plan is credited as a discount on the invoice for the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period — you retain access to the higher-tier plan until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the unused portion.

What happens if I cancel?

Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data and history are preserved — you can upgrade again anytime.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices listed are net, in EUR. Stripe automatically applies VAT at checkout based on your situation: PL company — net + 23% VAT (deductible in your Polish VAT return); EU company with a valid VAT-EU number — net only (reverse charge / WDT mechanism, Art. 196 VAT Directive); EU consumer without a VAT-EU number — net + your country's local VAT rate (OSS scheme); non-EU company — net only (export of services). Stripe issues a compliant invoice with full net + VAT + gross breakdown.
