Risk description
The ready-to-use product contains an excessive concentration of p-phenylenediamine (PPD) (measured value: up to 8.8% as free base).PPD is an extreme skin sensitiser and can trigger allergic contact dermatitis. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
