The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Dipeptide-20, Hexapeptide-40, Oligopeptide-93, rh-Polypeptide-68, and Tetrapeptide-35. The fused peptide contains 550 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
