Producer notice (DSA art. 16)

This form is intended for producers, importers, distributors and responsible persons within the meaning of art. 4 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 who wish to contest a Safety Gate alert match or an ingredient assessment for a specific product in BeautyGuard. Each notice is processed under art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) — we acknowledge receipt and issue a reasoned decision without undue delay. Consumers reporting an incorrect match should use the "Report" button on the product card.
